OneLineDesign.net was established in 2001 when a group of technical contractors from the Austin, Texas area decided to together and share their expertise and offer high quality service and support at an affordable rate.

Mike Young's software experience ranges from and is not limited to computer and networking technical support, installation, custom configuration, development, system images, system backups, file backups, storage, offsite storage, data recovery, and use for most of multiple computer related applications use as well as extensive knowledge on the applications that are utilized with an Internet browser.

Our Hardware experience ranges from technical support, custom configurations, troubleshooting, installation, upgrades, networking using routers, switches, modems, and much much more.

Objective:
The objective for inquiring a position within your company would be to locate a
challenging and rewarding position involving IT or MIS related systems which would
include supporting Windows desktop systems, Windows Servers, Telecom systems,
hand held devices (Blackberry) and Remote Connections utilizing Windows Active
Directory Services. With my on the professional experience I am able to contribute

Computer Skills:
My computer skills started out in the US Navy then expanded to Dell computers as a
telephone support technician. From there I was moved to the new products queue,
trained for a Group Leader position then as a Level 2 Technician. I joined the Training
Department to train new support representatives on the process and procedures for
troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Afterwards I began working for
FundsXpress Financial Network as a Media/Training specialist where I developed
multimedia presentations and training applications. I then joined the MIS department
were I am now currently the Lead Windows Systems Administrator supporting multiple
desktop and server computer systems and various Windows related applications.
